Segar Cofer Dashiell was a local well known historian and writer who authored the book "Smithfield, A Pictorial History". This timeless Victorian has beautiful trim, wood floors, corner fireplaces and all the character you would expect in a historic home. A kitchen and an additional living area were added in 1966. This quaint home has been on the Christmas tour for many years and sits on the Smithfield parade route. Looking for a new caretaker to enjoy it's deep front porch for the next hundred years.
