About Chris Balestreri

Over the past 11 years as a top producing agent for Dunnigan Realtors, I have has built a successful real estate business.  I like to draw on my past retail marketing skills, where I was the Director of Special Events & PR for Macy's Northern California stores, to the process of home sales. My goal is to build a strong marketing plan, best position a property and to attract the right prospects to gain the seller the best price in the market. When working with buyers, I spend my time tracking down and evaluating properties to find the perfect match. I specialize in the Sacramento neighborhoods of East Sac, Sierra Oaks, Wilhaggin, Campus Commons, Carmichael, Arden Arcade and Arden Park where I have lived for the past 32 years.

I have achieved a high level status in the industry where I am a Sacramento Association of Realtors "Masters Club - Life Time Member.  This designation put me in the top 10% in my field.  Over the past three years, I have served on the Masters Club Committee for SAR. In addition to my work goals, I believe in donating my time to work on community events for the American River Parkway and St. Ignatius Loyola Parish.

In my free time, I love art, fashion, architecture, swimming and cycling.
